All our goods are covered by a 'no arguments' 8 days guarantee. If you are
not entirely satisfied with the goods supplied they can be returned within
8 working days for a full refund. If the goods supplied are not as
described or are faulty, we'll pay for the postage. If you simply don't
like them then you can still return them but you would have to pay for
delivery.
All our greenhouses and accessories are guaranteed for an additional 12
months against failure during normal operation. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
